Brush extra virgin olive oil over the slice of Bruschetta Bread.
Toast the bread in the oven for about 3 minutes. The toasted bread carefully protected with cling film, can be used at any time of day, even after many hours.
Spread a thin layer of Prontofresco 4 Cheese Cream over the Bruschetta, using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Dilute the Bronte pistachio sauce with a little water and spread on the bruschetta. Add the chopped mozzarella.
Cook au gratin in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Place a few slices of smoked salmon on the bruschetta and serve.
