Panettone fritters with a trio of sauces

Ingredients: 4 portion

  • Fresh 100
  • Butter 100 2378
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Milk 1
  • Icing sugar to taste


Whisk the eggs and add the cream and panettone broken into little pieces.
Add the butter into a hot pan and fry the fritters.
Mix the bag of custard with 2 liters of milk, divide the cream into three parts and mix with zabaione paste, pistachio paste, hazelnut paste and put in the refrigerator to rest.
Plate up the fritters, sprinkling them with icing sugar and put bowls of the three creams next to them.
