Legume Salad with Tuna

Ingredients: 4 portions
- CECI AL NATURALE 100
- Cooked lentils 100
- Cooked beans 100
- Curly endive
- Red pepper 50
- Green pepper 50
- Onion 100
- Sundried tomato 100
- Salt q.b.
Preparation
Julienne the sundried tomato into fine strips.
Dice the red pepper, green pepper and onion. Combine all these ingredients with chickpeas, green beans and cooked lentils. Cut the endive to a size of about 4-5 cm and combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Season and arrange the salad at the bottom of the plate with large julienne cut pieces of tuna on top. Garnish with the starfruit.
