Mixed Fried Seafood Skewers with Fresh Vegetables and "Cipolla Rossa di Tropea" Red Onion Tartar


Ingredients: 20 portions


Batter prawn, squid and flying squid rings and pieces, and anchovy fillets then fry them in high oleic sunflower oil. Prepare a skewer with these fried foods and place it on a plate accompanied with a salad of fresh vegetables and a mixture of red Tropea onion tartare and "Aceto balsamico di Modena PGI" balsamic vinegar cream.
