Flash-fried Scallops on a bed of "Pistacchio di Bronte PDO" pistachio sauce


Ingredients: 30 portions


Flash-fry the scallops in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. Dilute the "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO" green pistachio sauce with a little water and spread onto the plates. Place the scallops on the pistachio sauce. Garnish with chives and Hawaiian black salt.
