Quality Systems are present in each phase of the company’s processes: planning, production, traceability and customer satisfaction. In order to guarantee constant quality and safety, one starts from the strict selection of the raw materials to get to the controls on the finished product. Both production plants are fitted with internal laboratories where teams of qualified chemists and microbiologists assure that all the requirements are met. The company avails itself of the collaboration of research centres which are accredited at European level: the Experimental Station for the Canned Food Industry in Parma and the Institute of Marine Research in Vigo (Spain). The innovative strength of the Group expresses itself through:
